Appointment Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. We Kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows are subject to the same 50% fee and will require a 50% deposit, applied toward their next service, to secure a future appointment.
